The historical charm of the building created a unique ambiance.
The room's old window frame didn't close properly, letting in the cold air.

this hotel is super comfy and welcoming. the food was amazin and the wine list was on point. i felt really well taken care of. had an issue after we checked out but tiago helped me get my important docs back. big thanks for that!
the shower took a bit to figure out and could use instructions. also, the heating was on even though the weather was warm which was odd.

The comfortable bed and the excellent shower made for a pleasant stay, helping us feel relaxed during our family celebration. Enjoying breakfast in the warm conservatory was a delight, especially being able to sit together. the sausages were tough, which detracted from the morning meal experience. although there was plenty of room in the bar for our picnic, it would have been nice if the menu had more variety.

The early check-in was a fantastic surprise that allowed us extra time to prepare for our function. The staff provided remarkable service, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
The noise from the function was quite disruptive, especially at night.
